Break free from the grind with a little no-nonsense massage therapy. I don’t just offer relaxation; I dig deep to tackle the muscle tension and stress that life, work, working out, and stress throw at you. I specialize in a range of powerful techniques, from deep tissue to sports massage, designed to release tightness and restore your body’s strength.

Step into a space where you can leave everything else behind. Here, My goal = real results! Helping you recover from injuries, boost your performance, or simply unwind and de-stress after a long week. Trust me when I say this isn’t just a pampering session; it’s a transformative experience that gets to the heart of what’s holding you back.

Christina graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200 hour program in 2024.

In addition to being a therapist, Christina is a Personal Trainer, Sport and Exercise Nutrition Specialist, Director of Programming/Coach at CrushCamp Fitness Studio, and a coach at Church Fitness.

She spends every aspect of her days being active and on the move. What led her to massage therapy was realizing how much fitness and movement can break down the body. And as much as we want to constantly be in motion and push boundaries, we need rest and recovery just as much. Her passion for the human body and how it moves, how it heals and repairs, and how beneficial massage therapy can be, is what drove her to add another modality to her list of health and fitness accomplishments.

Christina is passionate about educating clients on the importance of movement, the importance of nutrition, and most of all, the importance of self-care. She believes that we can, in fact, be around for a long time AND a good time if we follow a few simple rules and guidelines.

When she isn’t working or studying you can catch her doing classes at her studio, running, hiking, re-inventing the food scale or cozied up on a patio with a beer (or two).
